Exchanges and Returns

* Items purchased can only be returned if they are defective.
* For return requests related to quality issues, MAHHI will arrange for an exchange. Please request an exchange only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or if the size is wrong. Complete the form with all necessary details within 24 hours of delivery.
* You must provide a photo of the defective product to initiate an exchange. Without this proof, MAHHI will not process the exchange.
* You can exchange any item purchased from our brand once within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
* The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and include the invoice.
* If an item is delivered incorrectly (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), you have the right to request an exchange.
* Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund. However, defective sale items will be refunded.
* All returns and exchanges must be sent back to the address provided by us, and the customer will bear the cost of shipping.

Order Cancellations

* You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed or confirmed by our customer support team.
* Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
* The brand reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payment by your financial institution.
* If a paid order qualifies for a refund, we will process the refund to the same credit card used for the purchase. The refund may appear on your credit card statement within 15 days.
