Welcome to MAHHI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and your purchase of any products from us. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Us

MAHHI is a clothing brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. Our online store is hosted on Shopify. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean MAHHI; "you" means the person browsing our site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Products, Descriptions and Colours

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device and display settings, and handmade or hand-finished details may vary slightly between pieces. Minor variations of this kind are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, a hold, or a refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typing, system or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch your item. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incomplete address details, or payment declined by your bank. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch orders through third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure the shipping address and phone number you provide are correct — we are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect details.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: items may be returned only if defective; exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue; exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt for unworn, unwashed and unaltered items in their original packaging with the invoice; and sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund except where defective. 8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: break any applicable law; place fraudulent or fake orders; upload harmful code or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website; scrape, copy or resell our content; harass our staff or other customers; or post abusive, misleading or unlawful content in reviews or messages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the MAHHI name and logo, product designs, prints, photographs, text and layout — is owned by MAHHI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content to us or our social media pages, you grant MAHHI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where appropriate. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices, and your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAHHI's total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase or use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, opportunity or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection law that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold MAHHI harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and takes effect once posted. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of the order.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
